1. Service operator

The website and the services presented on it are operated by HORES INTERACTIVE S.R.L., Tax ID 42372131, Trade Register No. J2020000486297, with its registered office at 21 Caraiman Street, Bușteni, Prahova County, Romania. The departure centre is located on Aleea Silva, 105500 Bușteni.

2. Purpose of the website

The website provides general information about ATV routes, durations and prices. Availability, route conditions and departure time are confirmed directly when the booking is arranged.

3. Booking

A request sent by phone or WhatsApp does not automatically constitute a confirmed booking. The booking is confirmed after the operator accepts the date, time, route and number of ATVs.

4. Prices and duration

Displayed prices apply to one ATV: 200 RON for the one-hour route towards the Baiului Mountains, 300 RON for the approximately two-hour Zamora Valley route, and 350 RON for the approximately two-and-a-half-hour route to Zamora Cabin. Durations are approximate and may vary depending on conditions and the pace of the group.

5. Participation requirements

Driver and passenger requirements, necessary documents and safety rules are communicated and confirmed before departure. Participants must follow the operator's instructions and the rules provided for the route.

6. Weather and changes

For safety reasons, the route, departure time or activity may be changed or rescheduled when weather, terrain conditions or other objective circumstances do not allow the activity to proceed normally.

7. Content and intellectual property

Texts, photographs, video materials and visual identity may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without the operator's permission, except where permitted by law.
